Please take TWO tablets of TYLENOL ( NOT Advil/ Ibuprofen ) 1 hour before your appointment. STOP taking non-prescription medications such as Aspirin/Ibuprofen/Aleve as they deactivate the platelets in PRP/PRF. Please wear a low-cut shirt or a button-down shirt and do not wear any make-up to the appointment.

For those with a history of Herpes/Cold Sores on the face/lips: If you are doing Microneedling or Lip filler treatment, it may cause a Herpes outbreak on your lips/face. You may want to begin taking your prescribed anit-viral medications 2 days prior to treatment day and continue to take them 2-3 days after treatment.

Drink 1 Liter of water 2 hours prior to your appointment in order to have a good PRP/PRF sample for your treatment.
